Messaging metadata
Sender / recipient identifiers and delivery timestamps for sealed envelopes. Retained for the time required for reliable delivery.
What we do not retain
Original filenames once a file is sealed, file contents, message contents, AI-derived categorisations of your data, advertising profiles.
Retention
Security logs are retained for a bounded window. Billing data is retained as required by applicable accounting law. Account deletion removes operational metadata.
